Samantha acquired her LLB degree from UKZN in 2015. After serving articles she was admitted as an attorney with rights of appearance in the High Court in 2018 and retained as a professional assistant in the litigation department of a large firm in Pietermaritzburg, thereafter in 2019 she joined Brookes Attorneys where she focuses on debt collection and litigation in both the Magistrate and High Courts. She is a Director and heads up our litigation and debt collection department and is passionate about finding cost effective and efficient legal resolutions to conflict.
